84 year old Mary Pauline Malone of Dowelltown died Sunday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of the House of Prayer. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Tommy Taylor and Shane Smith will officiate and burial will be in Hillview Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.; and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Clyde Malone; parents, Toy Foster and Alma Carter Foster Ervin; brother, Thurman Foster; and step-father, Tom Ervin. Survivors include two sons, Carl and wife Brenda Malone of Dowelltown and Gerald and wife Rita Malone of Liberty. Grandchildren, Charlotte Malone of Smithville, Cynthia and husband Ceylon Taylor, Jr. of Dowelltown, Susan and husband Danny Van Dyne of Liberty, and Dale and wife Tina Pack of Smithville. Great grandchildren, Brian and Bradley Pack of Dowelltown, Hannah and Danny Van Dyne, Jr. of Liberty, Kirstyn and Cody Pack of Smithville. Brothers and sisters-in-law, Boyd and Joyce Ervin of Sebastian, Florida and Benton and Margie Ervin of Pegram, Tennessee. A sister and brother-in-law, Jeanette and Jimmy Byford of Smithville. A brother-in-law, Ray and wife Reba Malone of Dowelltown. Sister-in-law, Lou Autry Malone of Dowelltown. Special friend, Aline Snyder of Dowelltown. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
