78 year old Frank Andrew Judkins of McMinnville died Friday at his residence. He was a Baptist. He worked in construction, was employed at Carrier, and was a farmer. The funeral will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Michael Hale will officiate and burial will be in Cantrell Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. Judkins was preceded in death by his parents, Hershell and Martha Harriet Martin Judkins; children, Bruce Windell Ellis, Kathy Diane Judkins, and Margaret Ann Judkins; a brother, Jessie Haston Judkins; and a sister, Betty Judkins. He is survived by his wife, Edna Frances Judkins of McMinnville. Children, Joyce Ann Judkins of Smithville, Alvin Glenn Judkins of Smithville, Frankie June Rice of Dibrell, and Michael Andrew Judkins of Smithville. Step-children, Charles Ray Judkins, Freddie Joe Judkins, and Mary Frances Ferrell all of McMinnville. Sisters and brothers, Sarah Ophalene Judkins and Nettie Marino both of McMinnville, Jack Judkins, Martha Willie Ferrell, Ed Judkins, and Ruth Cantrell all of Smithville. Thirteen grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and fourteen step great grandchildren. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. The family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses, in lieu of flowers.
