Rose Mary Banks

52 year old Rose Mary Banks of Smithville died Tuesday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a homemaker; member of PETA; and the Pomeroy Chapel Brethren in Christ. The funeral will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Carl David Gilbert, II will officiate and burial will be in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the service at 1:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Banks. Survivors include two sisters, June Gilbert and Rita and husband Eddie Adcock all of Smithville. A brother, Glyn and wife Kim Banks of Smithville. Two nieces, Sandy and husband Alec Winter and Carla Gilbert of Smithville. Two nephews, David and wife Shannon Adcock of McMinnville and Carl David Gilbert, II of Smithville. Two great nieces, Olivia Winter and Illa Adcock. Two nephews, Easton Adcock and Mason Winter;special friend, Ernest Dickens and an aunt, Rose Adcock all of Smithville. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
