54 year old Julie Ray Saylors of Smithville died Tuesday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a nursery worker. She is survived by special companion, Danny Petty of Smithville. Friends have chosen direct cremation. No services are planned. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Her friends have asked that donations please be made to Love-Cantrell Funeral Home to help with cremation expenses, in lieu of flowers.
