86 year old Oma Ruth Chapman of Pulaski died Friday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was born in Prospect, Tennessee and was a member of the Fairview Church of Christ. The funeral will be Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the chapel of Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Wayne Pagel will officiate and burial will be in the Giles Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelly Chapman; two sisters, Goldie Garner and Marjorie Hutton; and four brothers, Woodrow Rogers, Hugh Rogers, Joe Mack Rogers, and Buddy Rogers. Survivors include her son, Kelly Rogers Chapman of Cloudcroft, New Mexico; her daughter, Donna Gulley and husband Dan Gulley of Smithville; two sisters, Sue Gaines of Fayetteville and Peggy Ellison of Powder Springs, Georgia; and four grandchildren, Isaac and Jennifer Chapman and Caleb and Joshua Gulley.
