Linda Sue Walker

64 year old Linda Sue Walker of Smithville died Saturday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a Christian and a homemaker. The funeral will be Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Mark Miller will officiate and burial will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Lebanon. Visitation will be Monday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the service at 1:00 p.m. Walker was preceded in death by her parents, Billy Haskel and Martha Katherine Lewis Caldwell; her husband, Claudie Walker; two brothers, Austin Caldwell and L.C. Murphy; and a sister, Debbie Carmack. Survivors include a sister, Helen Bain of Smithville. Nieces and nephews, Teresa Steele of McMinnville, Melissa Mullins, Holly Anderson, April Coronado, Lisa Bain, and Ricky Murphy, Sherman Murphy, and Tisha Reynolds all of Smithville, Calvin Murphy and Curtis Murphy both of Indiana and Kristie Davis of Lebanon. Special caregiver Peggy Webber of Smithville. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
