The Smithville-DeKalb County Chamber of Commerce Tuesday presented a Milestone Award to Salem Baptist Church, 319 West Main Street, Liberty to recognize their 200th year. T
The 200th Anniversary with its theme, “We’ve Come This Far By Faith,” will be celebrated on Sunday, September 27th.
The Chamber also recently presented a Community Improvement Award to Smithville First
Baptist Church for their newly completed Life Enrichment Center.
The beautiful 13,000 square foot brick facility includes a basketball court, full kitchen, and stage area with sound system.
