Allie Mai Taylor Fuson

101 year old Allie Mai Taylor Fuson of Smithville died Friday at her residence. She was a homemaker and oldest member of the Indian Creek Baptist Church. The funeral will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. James Gibbs, Terry Fesler, and Mike Carpenter will officiate and burial will be in Whorton Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon until the service at 2:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Fannie Hendrixson Taylor; her husband Roy Fuson; a son Willie Lee Fuson; a grandson David Lee Malone; a brother, Othel Taylor; and a son-in-law, Odell Starnes. Survivors include five daughters, Bobbie and husband Robert Page of Mount Juliet, Barbara and husband John Malone of Alexandria, Gladys and husband Elmus Cantrell, and Athelene and husband Hobert Page all of Smithville, and Violet Starnes of Silver Point. Two sons, Roy, Jr. and wife Geraldean Fuson and Eddie and wife Judy Fuson, and a daughter-in-law, Doris Fuson all of Smithville. Fourteen grandchildren, Larry and wife Annette Page and Ricky Page of Mount Juliet, Carolyn Walker of Smyrna, Deborah and husband Phil McCoy of Alexandria, Phyllis and husband Larry Hallum, Suzanne and husband Bill Gash, Teresa Johnson, Tarron and husband Dale Johnson, Dwayne and wife Deanna Page, Stevie Page, Tammy and husband Scott Turner, Scotty and wife Aleshia Fuson, and Zachary and wife Leigh Fuson all of Smithville, and Donna and husband Jerry Evans of McMinnville. Twenty two great grandchildren, fourteen great great grandchildren, and a nephew Kenny Taylor of McMinnville. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
