48 year old Arthur Clevenger of Smithville died Thursday at his residence. He was disabled. He is survived by two sisters, Tammy and husband Rickie Wagner of Smithville and Susie Maddux of Roseburg, Oregon. The family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with expenses, in lieu of flowers. The family has chosen direct cremation. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
