87 year old Callie F. Wilson of Smithville died Saturday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a member of the Covenant Baptist Church and a former owner of Holmes Creek Boat Dock. The funeral will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bobby Thomason and Bobby Colvert will officiate and burial will be in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by her husband V.L. Wilson; parents John and Pairlee Robinson Fuson; a son, Donald Ray Wilson; and a brother, James Fuson. She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Ann Hale of Smithville and Paulette Mooneyham of Smithville. Two sisters, Robbie Young of Smithville and Nell Young of Dibrell. Six grandchildren, Mark and Sue Wilson, Crystal Hale, Kandy Fish, Tina and Joey Young, and Kevin Wilson all of Smithville, and Craig and Patricia Hale of Liberty. Fifteen great grandchildren, Christina and Nicholas Hale, Ryan and Matt Sullivan, John Caldwell, Amanda, Daniel, Heather, Jeana Wilson, Ashley Mooneyham, Tiffany, Andrew, and Bridgett Hutchens, Elizabeth Chalfant, and Alanna Young. Eleven great great grandchildren also survive. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
