93 year old Bessie Lee Atnip of Smithville died Tuesday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a retired secretary with various local businesses and a member of the Smithville Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The funeral will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Larry Green will officiate and burial will be in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Ruby Clemmons Organ; a daughter, Gayle King; two brothers, Wendell and Billy Organ; and a sister, Betty Jo Organ. Lambert; brothers, Paul Worley, Jr., Jim Worley, Jack Worley, and an infant brother.
