57 year old Cynthia Lynn Kousa of Liberty died Monday at her residence in Liberty. She was a monitor technician at Cookeville Regional Hospital. The family has chosen direct cremation. There will be no visitation. She was preceded in death by her father Frank Quick. Survivors include her mother, Helen Quick of West Palm Beach, Florida. A son, Jason and his wife Rebekha Kousa of Arlington, Virginia. A daughter, Cari Kousa of West Palm Beach, Florida. Three grandchildren, Katie, Jacob, and Caleb Kousa all of Virginia. Two sisters, Teri Quick of West Palm Beach, Florida and Nancy Conklin of West Palm Beach, Florida, and a close friend, Grace Ryan of Liberty. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
