29 year old David Wayne Alexander of Murfreesboro died Thursday at his residence. He was employed by Nissan and he was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The funeral will be Monday at 4:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Larry Green will officiate and burial will be in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 4:00 p.m. Alexander was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Robinson and Robert and Jean Alexander. Survivors include his parents, Tommy and Joyce Alexander. One brother Rob and his wife Lori Alexander of Sparta. His grandmother, Jacqueline Robinson of Smithville. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also survive. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. The family has asked that donations be made to the Lighthouse Christian Camp and the Cumberland Presbyterian Building Fund, in lieu of flowers.
