Drue Cilla Dodd

71 year old Drue Cilla Dodd of Woodbury died Thursday at NHC Health Care Center in Smithville. She was a Cannon County native, a homemaker, and a member of the People’s Missionary Baptist Church. The funeral will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown. Burial will be in Hillview Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Shelah Ferrell and Carrie Mae Ratleph Ferrell; her husband, Calvin Ray Dodd; a daughter, Diana Dodd; and a brother, Ray Donald Ferrell. Survivors include nine children, Melissa Milligan of Gassaway, Michael R. and his wife Shirley Dodd of Pea Ridge, Helen and her husband Russell Fults of Pea Ridge, David and his wife Brenda Dodd of Sycamore, Mark and his wife Misty Dodd of Gassaway, Ricky Dodd of Gassaway, Shelah Dodd of Hartsville, Dawn Jimenez of Murfreesboro, and Barbara Dodd of Shelbyville. Nineteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and a sister, Pauline and her husband Jay Payne of Mount Juliet. Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown is in charge of the arrangements.
