88 year old Emmo Jean Neal Wallace of Smithville died Saturday at NHC. She was a homemaker and a long time member of the Smithville Church of God. The funeral will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Smithville Church of God. Donnie Kelly and Jeff Armstrong will officiate and burial will be in the Keith Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home and Monday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Smithville Church of God. Wallace was preceded in death by her first husband, Grady Neal; her second husband, Bill Wallace; parents, Ben and Sophie Jones; and a sister, Helen Mayo. Survivors include four sons, David and wife Gloria Neal of McMinnville, Danny Neal of Smithville, Kenneth and wife Jeanette Neal of Smithville, and Jimmy and wife Carol Neal of Smithville.Four daughters, Nina and husband Luther Lawrence of Smithville, Donna Kay and husband Donnie Knowles of Smithville, Betty and husband Glenn Byford of McMinnville, and Diane and husband Danny Evans of Short Mountain. Fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. One brother, Winston and wife Nellie Jones of McMinnville. Two sisters, Dean Edge of Smithville and Nell and husband Gordon Hennessee of McMinnville. Special step grandson, Ricky Wallace of Tuson, Arizona. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In addition to flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Smithville Church of God building fund.
