Eugene Dunn

83 year old Eugene Dunn of Smithville died Friday at the Alvin C. York V.A. Medical Center in Murfreesboro. He was a farmer, a Methodist, and a World War II Army Veteran. The funeral will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Larry Steffee and Sandra Kirby will officiate and burial will be in the Ponder Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Riley and Ada Helen Pedigo Dunn and two brothers, Olan and Harley Dunn. Survivors include three brothers, James and his wife Shirley Dunn and Lonnie Dunn of Smithville and William Harvey and wife Charlene Dunn of Michigan. One niece, Elaine and her husband Marlon Gill of Indiana. Two nephews, Barry Dunn and Mitch Cantrell of Michigan. Several great nieces and great nephews and great great nieces and great great nephews also survive. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
