86 year old Fern Bryant Webb died Thursday morning at NHC Healthcare Center in Chattanooga. She was a homemaker. The funeral will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Smithville Church of God, where she was a member. Donnie Kelly and Michael Farr will offciate and burial will be in Whorton Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. at the church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Webb; a son. Joel M. Webb; her parents, Silas and Mattie Moore LeFevre; sisters, Lois Webb, Dora Kay Vanderpool, Peggy Kutz, and Maude Parsley; and brothers, Westley, Bud, Urias, Alphus, and Rallegh LeFevre. She is survived by children, Douglas M. and wife Lavern Webb of Nashville, Dinah G. and husband Larry Lamunyon of Chattanooga, Marsha K. and husband Dwight Anderson of Nashville, Mickey E. and wife Pam Webb of LaFollette, and Jan E. and husband Bob Beard of Coral Springs, Florida. Eight grandchildren, Darrel Cross, Shannon and Tori Dodson, Stephanie Cooper, Sonja Franks, Mylon Webb, Ryan Saturday, and Webb Beard. Sixteen great grandchildren. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Donations may be made to the Church of God Children’s Home or to the Smithville Church of God.
