72 year old Helen Mai Herman of Smithville died Saturday evening at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church and was retired from Kingston Timers. The funeral will be Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Bonham Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the service at 1 p.m. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison and Lillie Neal Hall; a brother, Jimmy Hall; two sisters, Lucille Holmes and Corinne Kelly; and two half brothers, O.P. and L.D. Hall. She is survived by a son, Paul Sullivan and fiancé Wanda Call of McMinnville. Husband, Darrell Malcomb of Smithville. Granddaughter, Kaylee Brook Sullivan of McMinnville. Three step daughters, Frances and husband Joel Adcock, Brenda and husband Stevie Cripps, and Patricia and husband Jerry Lawson all of Smithville. Four sisters, Ruby Nell Hall of Smithville, Kathryn Holmes of Chattanooga, Margaret Swaney of Georgia, and Sue and husband, Ronald Hill of Smithville. Nine nieces and nephews.
