Henry Wade Reynolds

88 year old Henry Wade Reynolds of Alexandria died Monday at NHC Healthcare Center in Smithville. He was a DeKalb County native and a member of the Mount Zion Baptist Church. The funeral will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Anderson Funeral Home. Ronnie Smith will officiate and burial will be in Hillview Cemetery in Alexandria. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1-8 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until the service time. Reynolds was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Dewey Reynolds and Thelma Willoughby and his wife of 68 years, Dolores Reynolds. He is survived by sons, Bobby Sherrell and wife Carolyn Reynolds and Jeff and wife Barbara Reynolds all of Alexandria. Grandchildren, Dana and Matt McKinney and David and Monica Reynolds all of Alexandria and Jeffrey David and Danielle Reynolds and Tim and Jenna Reynolds all of Smithville. Great grandchildren, Cadence Reynolds, Tatum Reynolds, Dallas Reynolds, Kelby Milton, Kinsey Cooper, Levi Reynolds, and Molly Reynolds. Great great grandchild, Maverick Knight. Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Mount Zion Cemetery Fund in his memory.
