34 year old Jacob Lee Tramel of Smithville passed away at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital on Sunday. He was a Baptist. The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Clayton Neal and Bernard Houk will officiate and burial will be in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday from 1-8 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. until the service at 2 p.m. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Grady Tramel, Christine Tramel, and Mary Hayden. Survivors include his parents, Tammy and Dan McCallie of Chattanooga and Ronnie and Phyllis Tramel of Smithville. Two sons, Mason Tramel of Woodbury and Madden Tramel of Smyrna. Sister, Leah Snow of Smithville. Brother, Hunter Tramel of Smithville. Step-sister, Haley and Danny Hartman of Nashville. Nephews, Isaac Robinson and Brody Snow of Smithville. Niece, Harper Rhody of Smithville. Special friend, Emily Gilley of Woodbury. Grandparents, Richard and Kathy Drummond of Alabama and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
