97 year old Jessie Baliff Fuson of Smithville died Thursday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of the Shop Springs Baptist Church. The funeral will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Ken Tramel will officiate and burial will be in the Snow Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Paul Baliff and Toy J. Fuson; two brothers, Walter and Bob Vandergriff; and two sisters, Vera Hall and Amber Vandergriff. Survivors include two daughters, Paulette Carter of Lawrenceburg and Peggy and her husband Ken Tramel of Lebanon. Six grandchildren, Angie and Johnny Farr, and Steve and Krystal Carter all of Lawrenceburg, Chris and Linda Carter of Ethridge, and Bruce and Susan Carter of Lexington, Stephanie and Brad McKeehan of Johnson City, and Paul and Kimberly Tramel of Lebanon. Ten great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
