Stillborn infant Jonavon Kenneth Lee Johnson was silently born Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville. Jonavon was preceded in death by grandfather, Kenneth Ray Murphy; great-great-grandmother, Wilma Jo Ferrell; uncle, Joshua Lee Murphy. He is survived by his mother, Lisa Darnail Johnson; grandmother, Tabatha Shantell Murphy; great-parents, Jo Frances and Rickey Lynn Martin, Sr.; great-great-grandfather, Ellis Rye Ferrell; uncles, Christopher Avery Johnson, Daniel Lynn Johnson, Buddy Lee Murphy and Issac Luther Martin; aunts, Frances Shantell Murphy and Samantha Jo Murphy; great-uncles, Ellis Dewayne Carlton; great-great-aunt, Darnette Ferrell Hibdon; several more family members and friends whom we love and cherish. The family has chosen a direct cremation. A mother holds her children’s hands for a moment, but their hearts forever. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
