32 year old Larry League, Jr. of Silver Point died Thursday night at DeKalb Community Hospital. He was a heavy equipment operator and a member of the Northside Church of Christ. The funeral will be Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Virgil Carr, Jr. and Byrnes Lyons will officiate and burial will be in the Silver Point Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 5:00 p.m. He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry League, Sr. and Judy League; his maternal grandparents, Claudie and Bonnie League and his paternal grandfather, Donald League. He is survived by two daughters, Tiffani League of Cookeville and Nakita League of Sparta. Two sons, Lance Clark League of Gallatin and D’Andre League of McMinnville. A sister, Loretta and her husband William Clemmons of Georgia. His paternal grandmother, Jeanette League of Smithville. Two nieces, Victoria and Bria Clemmons of Georgia. Three aunts, Claudine and her husband Fred Searcy of Smithville, Gweynda League of Smithville, and Gennelle League of Smithville. One uncle, Don League of Silver Point. A great aunt, Mary and her husband Virgil Carr of Nashville. Special friend, Dusty Gunter of Silver Point and a host of cousins and friends.
