76 year old Lonnie Joe Dunn of Smithville died Saturday at NHC of Smithville. He was a Methodist and a farmer. The funeral will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Larry Steffee and Trent Colwell will officiate and burial will be in the Ponder Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Riley Dunn and Ada Helen Pedigo Dunn; and three brothers, Gene, Harley, and Olen Dunn. Survivors include two brothers, James and his wife Shirley Dunn of Smithville and William H. Dunn of Michigan. One niece, Elaine and husband Marion Gill of Indiana. One nephew, Barry Dunn of Michigan. Several cousins also survive. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
