84 year old Maggie Birdell Lentz of Munford, Tennessee died Saturday at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. She was a Baptist and was retired from Union Planter’s Bank. The funeral will be Monday at 3:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Anthony Pelham will officiate and burial will be in the New Union Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 3:30 p.m. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Lentz; parents, Reed and Mary Rankhorn Blankenship; two brothers, Paul and Elzie Blankenship; and three sisters, Delma and Nannie Wright and Lola Griffin. She is survived by a son, Bradley Reed Lentz of Munford. A step-son, Joe Lentz of Utah. A sister-in-law, Geraldine Blankenship of Smithville. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
