Mary Louise Griffin

91 year old Mary Louise Griffin of Fairborn, Ohio and formerly of Portsmouth, Ohio died Friday at Dayspring HealthCare Center in Fairborn. She was retired from Kenner Toy Factory and was a former member of St. Mary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Portsmouth, Ohio at 1:00 p.m. Adam Streitenberger will officiate. Recitation of Rosary will be 7:30 p.m. Monday at Melcher Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Portsmouth. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Griffin was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Dena Zappa Francia; a daughter, Mary Lou Cotterel; and eight brothers and five sisters. Survivors include a son, Joseph and wife Kathy Griffin of Fairborn. Eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A sister, Catherine Doman of Livonia, Michigan. Several nieces and nephews. She is survived locally by a granddaughter, Glenda Hall and Terry of Dowelltown. A great grandson, Gage Estes of Dowelltown. A great granddaughter, Molly Hall of Dowelltown.
