59 year old Michael Dewayne Stoglin of Smithville died Tuesday at his residence. Michael was preceded in death by his Father, Kenneth Stoglin. He was a Freewill Baptist and a machine mechanic. Michael is survived by 3 Children; Mother, Bonnie Summers of Smithville; 3 Brothers, Johnny Stoglin of Smithville, Ronnie (Veronica) Stoglin of Chattanooga, Randy (Tammy) Summers of Smithville; Sister, Dianne (Dewayne) Allen of Cookeville; Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends also survive. Funeral services will be conducted 2:PM Saturday, December 28, 2013 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in DeKalb Memorial Gardens with Bros. Danny Bandy and Michael Hale officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in memory of Michael. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
