72 year old Shelby Ann Jennings of Liberty died Thursday at Middle Tennesseee Medical Center. She was an Education Assistant at DeKalb West School and a member of Salem Baptist Church. The funeral will be Saturday at 5:00 p.m. at Salem Baptist Church. Mark Wade and Thurman Seber will officiate and burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from noon until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home and from 3:30 p.m. until the time of the service at 5:00 p.m. at Salem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Foutch Jennings; her parents, Flossie B. and Mary Hendrixson Cook; two sons, Jonathan Foutch Jennings and David Coble Jennings; and a brother, Bobby Cook. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Bud Denman of Riverwatch. A granddaughter, Madison Denman of Riverwatch. A grandson, Payne Denman of Riverwatch. Two sisters, Wanda Fay Fite of Gainesboro and Nancy and her husband Tommy Barber of Smithville. Several nieces and nephews survive. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. The family has asked that donations be made to Salem Cemetery Fund or to the charity of your choice, in lieu of flowers.
