Shirley Ann Dutton

60 year old Shirley Ann Dutton of Alexandria died Monday at her residence. She was a former clerical worker for the State of Tennessee. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown. Jackie Gaddes will officiate and burial will be in the New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the service. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Bates. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Wayne Dutton of Alexandria. A daughter, Laurie Southard of Alexandria. A son-in-law, Barrett Tipton of Alexandria. A grandson, Caleb Tipton. Her mother, Lorene Bates of Alexandria. Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown is in charge of the arrangements.
