100 year old Mary Helen Hooper Chambers of Nashville died Wednesday at the McKendree Village in Hermitage. She served in the U.S. Army and was a retired secretary for Union Oil. A graveside service will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the Cannady Cemetery. 38 year old Nathan Estes of Smithville died Tuesday at Riverview Regional Medical Center in Smith County. He was a member of the Mount Hope The Baptist Church and he worked as a miner at Nyrstar Zinc Mine in Smith County. She was a retired secretary with various local businesses and a member of the Smithville Cumberland Presbyterian Church. 91 year old Dorothy Evelyn Lambert of Alexandria died Wednesday at Woodbury Health Center. She was born in Arcadia, Florida. Lambert was a school bus driver. Lambert; brothers, Paul Worley, Jr., Jim Worley, Jack Worley, and an infant brother. 92 year old Louelle Taylor of Smithville died Sunday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a retired Smithville shirt factory employee and a member of the Snow Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Joseph Watson; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Watson; a son, Charles Allen Watson; and a daughter, Laura K. Valentine.
