62 year old Terry Wayne Tomlin of the Green Hill Community died Sunday at his residence. He was a retired Air Traffic Controller for Auto Air Cargo in Bellville, Michigan and a local businessman. Tomlin was also a member of the Baptist Church. The funeral will be Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Rick Stewart will officiate and burial will be in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from noon until 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne McGee Tomlin. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Keia Tomlin; Granddaughter, Allissa Tomlin; His mother, Katy Rhea Stewart Tomlin; Sisters, Kathy Ripley, Susan Boren, Ronda Rayl, and Melissa and husband Patrick Perkins; Nieces, Tina Ripley and Candace Hayes; and a nephew, Abraham Perkins all of McMinnville. Nieces, Mary and Kari Rayl and great nephews, Marshall, Jeffery, and Hayden Gill all of Michigan. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
