Wayne Price Crouch

63 year old Wayne Price Crouch of Rock Island died Friday at DeKalb Community Hospital. He was a member of the Church of Christ and retired from the Carrier Corporation. The funeral will be Monday at 4:30 p.m. at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Phillip Adcock will officiate with burial in Corinth Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 4:30 p.m. He was preceded in death by his parents, Winford and Ruby Blankenship Crouch; ex-wife, Kathy Crouch, and grandson, Trace Underhill. He is survived by a daughter, Julie and husband Ken Underhill of Smithville; a son, Alan and wife Sasha Crouch of Smithville. Grandchildren, Zack and Tyler Underhill, and Samarie and Dennis Crouch, all of Smithville; a brother, Jimmy Crouch of McMinnville. DeKalb Funeral Chapel in Smithville is in charge of the arrangements.
